@TheMarioRich I had a sharp pain in my chest during deep breaths with a cough that made it worse. The pain was very sharp and very concentrated in one area of my chest. I went to the doctor and they said that i had inflamed the cartilage in my rib cage from working out, the inflammation was causing the discomfort. apparently it's common in men in their late twenties early thirties. I took some anti inflammatorys and that took care of it.

@Dimes329 Hey I was wondering what exactly have you been feeling? I don't know if I have anxiety and i'm scaring myself or if it's somethings more serious... these last 2 days I've been having short breath (it feels like somebody is sitting directly on my chest" and my heart starts to beat rapidly. Usually anxiety goes away, this is something thats been pretty consistent for the last couple days
