Intel Core i5
4GB of DDR3 RAM
ATI Raedon HD5650 1GB (up to 2.5 GB with Hypermemory)
And it still runs only on a an average of 25 FPS (Maximum I got was 80 FPS, when of the city)

Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz Hyper-Threading ON
1.5GB DDR2 RAM
NVidia Quadro FX 1400 128 MB (511 MB Hypermemory = 639 MB Proper GFX card memory.
The highest frame rate I get is 10 FPS. o.O
