Andre Astier is quickly becoming one of my favorite composers. His style is a fresh new European sound and he frequently creates compositions that are innovative and technically challenging. However, for this piece, he decided to stop and smell the roses. "Piece in the Ancient Style" is simple, beautiful, and elegant. I have "orchestrated" this version for the Roland FR7 to add more orchestral color. but the piece is beautiful in any setting.

  • Your style is like listening music in 17th century church.

It reminds me of somthing very warm and familiar.

    Thank you very much.
