Penguins at the Vienna Zoo in Schönbrunner Schloßpark, Vienna, Austria, who were found by Dr. Ken Rosewall (played by the late Graham Chapman of Monty Python's Flying Circus) of the Laver Institute, to have lower IQ's than Bushmen of the Kalahari, but higher IQ's of BBC Program Planners.
"The penguins scored badly when compared with primitive human sub-groups like the bushmen of the Kalahari but better than BBC programme planners."
"BBC programme planners surprisingly high total here can be explained away as being within the ordinary limits of statistical error."
