Ive seen Squeeze dozens of times and there are always top notch, if you get to see Glenn's solo act do not miss it......... a genuine English talent of the highest order!!

How well this guy sings live just amazes me every time I see him live. I'm certain both he and Chris Difford live the comfortable lives they deserve given their genius as artists. However, the fact that worthless artists like Michael Bolton can make millions while guys like Difford & Tilbrook remain at a "cult" status their entire careers is evidence that most people in this world have no idea what is great art versus shit.

I was passing thru Grand Central right after 9/11 on my way home from work and heard what sounded like a Squeeze song being played in the lower level. Then, I thought, the singer sounded a lot like Glenn Tilbrook. Then, it turned out it was Glenn, playing for free, passing the hat for donations for the victims' families. He earned honorary New York citizenship then and there. But he has always been one of my favorites. That's what Trans-Atlantic Ping Pong means to me. Cheers then, Glenn!
