@slmaia Thank you for the wonderful compliment. My hands are not as steady as they once were, I shake when I pour liquids, don't see ingredients as well, etc. But I have my sons who grew up watching me cook these dishes, so they become my eyes and hands. It is wonderful to cook with them. Gerry

I am so glad you like my recipes. When I was young and had a fine young man who loved me, I learned to cook barbecued ribs. They have always been wonderful (though not very Jewish :) ). I will have that recipe finished within a week. Gerry
