Man, feeling very, very good. I wish I was raising tonight. Yesterday's long day was probably very beneficial and the reason I'm feeling great. Ran out of gas and was forced to walk 2 miles, which helped ease my stiffness and loosen me up. Got home and fell asleep at 7:30pm, and got up for good at 6:30 this morning. REST is THAT important, apparently. So is not being completely sedentary on your days off.
Off to rest and a possible second consecutive Sunday of running a 10k.
