I have moderate dupuytren contracture in both hands. I do these, or a variation on these exercises every day. So far my conctracture in 3rd and 4th fingers of each hand remains modest. Part of my history can be seen at:: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oz_uebMqqas and

  • I do tendon gliding exercises, as well. I have had 11 surgeries on my fingers and thumbs in the last 6 yrs, mostly for trigger tendon.

  • Thank you! Your video just popped up on my google alerts. I've been doing somewhat the same exercises, finger/tendon gliding since last surgery. Have had 4 separate NA procedures over last 10 years and just did Xiaflex.
