  • beautiful....

  • Being a member of the Canadian Armed forces, plus a tenor, I can certainly say that I have had both the privilege of singing this song for friend's that I've lost in Afghanistan. Also the fact that it is one of my most favorite songs.

  • Absolutely exquisitly performed

  • Offertory....Such a beautiful song and performed superbly with such grace and elegance it thrills the soul. To the Choir Magnificent!!!

  • This was my FAVORITE song to sing in choir and got 1st place in a quartet at our district contest. I want this song to be sung at my funeral. Such a job well done by this choir...very beautiful! Great Job!

  • Chills. I loved performing this piece.

  • Beautiful

  • four years ago, my high school music teacher passed away very suddenly. It was a shock and indeed a heartbreaking ordeal. At her memorial we had at the school the lyrics of this beautiful song was printed on the bulletin. A few months later our new music teacher came in, heart in hands and all the patience god could grant one soul and taught us this beautiful song. It has so much meaning to us all. and you guys done it perfectly. Simply beautiful.

  • It is so touching and we were honoured to perform it that day inside the Canadian Forces Armouries in Brantford. We touched a lot of hearts that day and brought tears to people's eyes - a good feelign that we moved so many. I guess I will always hold this music in a special place in my heart. I have heard it many times since that day and still get choked up on how truly touching and beautiful it really is. Again Thank You to your choir for doing such a wonderful performance of this piece.

  • I am so glad I found your performance of this most beautiful piece of music on YouTube. Your choir should be very proud - they did an amazing job. Thank you. I had the honour of first doing this piece by the great Canadian Composer Eleanor Daley back on Rememberance Day, 2000 while I was singing with the Grand River Chorus, out of Brantford, ON. Canada.
