I experimented a bit with car modifications and found a value which was able to make a car go nuts as soon as the wheels touch something. I decided to apply the same modification to all cars (Except police cars and Roman's car).
I also increased the mass on the taxis, which means that they are the most deadly ones, capable of blowing up cars in one hit.

  • Well if the game's friction engine works as I think it does, the way you set it up wouldn't only make taxis the most deadly because of their force when moving but with more mass and a negative friction it should work in reverse, the heavier the vehicle the more speed it gains with it's wheels down.
