@Locksheon This was happening at a school! And it was just today, March 2, 2012, so it's not like it was their first day. These kids have been programmed like this for awhile now.

I was walking today, and I just happened to hear a teacher's voice giving children instructions over a megaphone. I looked over and I watched about 60 children standing in 4 rows. The teacher said "You will walk down the halls in your rows without running. You will follow the person in front of you until you reach your class room. You will take your seats and remain seated." Then there was this eerie siren/bell which prompted the kids to march forward. It was like watching Schindlers List.
