As Iran weighs its response to the latest offer from the international community over its nuclear program, former U.S. Ambassador to the UN John Bolton says that diplomacy has failed and it's time to look at other options - including a pre-emptive strike by Israel.

Russia is kind of funny. They try to stop the US from posing sanctions against Iran. But here's the irony: once Iran has nuclear weapons, they can threaten Russia as well.
