White House: Can Defend Against Nuclear Strike

The White House says the U.S. is capable of defending itself after North Korea threatened a nuclear strike. It said the President does not have authority to use a drone to kill an American on U.S. soil if the citizen is not engaged in combat. (March 7)

If the U.S, nuked NK w/o the peoples approval or w/o having it on television as a threat then that would be a problem, SO for all you new immigrants.
