It may take some time BUT New Orleans will make it back! Now that most of the illegals are gone we can work on getting back. Thankfully, Bush screwed up the economy so badly, prices are coming down fast. People will be able to make it back sooner than even I thought. They may not get their "New Vegas" south afterall. I am more hopeful now.

I'm white and can't get funds to move back either. We are just too poor for the New Orleans they want to build. They blow alot of smoke about making New Orleans just as it was. If we don't make $100,000 a year they don't want us!
