Arianna came to me after having competed in one previous fitness model competition, without any formal coaching in posing before that.
She had a big personality and great sass for the stage, as I assessed her during our first session. I felt she needed the most coaching in learning to build her muscle endurance for holding her poses and flexing with as much ease as possible.
That meant constant reminders to keep everything tight, locked out, flexed, upright and in the perfect posture, all the time.
Week by week she became stronger at mastering her muscle control and I coached her on using it in rhythm with her sassiness .
I was very proud of her debut @ The Oxygen Magazine Fitness Model Competition held at the 2011 Toronto Pro Show and Expo Weekend!
Having heard that her stage presence really stood out in the eyes of the judges, made my day! And it reminded me that coaching the foundation of muscle endurance for poses is always still key in any physique competition.
*Note to all Fitness Model competitors*
Having the sass for the stage in fitness modelling is one thing...but,
Having sass AND trained knowledge and dedicated practice in posing endurance, is the only way to truly "Stand Out" with your presence on that stage!
