@justonthepc much much better advise than the one on this video by far. Good job. I do think it is key to know yourself. People who seek this kind of advise are usually not comfortable with them selves. It's not about acting confident, it's about being confident. A course cannot teach you that. People just learn it on their own when they know themselves.
