The time has come to prepare the Chinese New Year goodies and food.

- We are preparing Kok Chais at home otherwise known as Mini Peanut Puffs.

- The process took 8 HOURS from preparing the ingredients to packing.

- So I filmed snippets of the action and condensed the procedure to 2 minutes.

All you need is just 12 steps to make Kok Chais, my favorite CNY goody.

  • I've tried to make these from a few recipes and the puff always turn kind of hard and NOT CRUNCHY like I know it should be. Is this recipes' puffs crunchy and stays crunchy for a few days at least?? Thanks!
