I use Perfect Touch to take off everything except their helmets. The helmets are what makes their identity!

When I first unlocked that perk, the 12yr old inside me had me running around doing that to all of the females in Whiterun (both guards and npcs)...it's amazing how fit some of the old ladies are.
Then I grew up again and just started taking helmets off the guards so they weren't just faceless stormtroopers.
