@officerjohnnyboy yes, i watched it.. looking into law.. yes he was resisting.. yes he can be sprayed.. yes the officer could have encountered this situation ALOT better... i dont think my points are not on the legality but procedural points.. i would say how it was handled was evident when more than one cop felt the need for their protection at the end.. second, if i was on the sheriff department i dont think i would do what he did cause in that big of a crowd no telling where the gun is...

@johnnyboy yes, i watched the video.. and looked into several aspects of law for this situation.. he was resisting and was subject to be sprayed but there is away you could do things in a crowd of angry black people to keep from fueling the situation.. as far as taking the officer to court.. well, sometimes the only power in protecting a persons rights is how much money they have.. and even then.. there's deals.. plea out and you can get time served or a small sentence

@miguel3725 did you even watch the video?? the black guy wouldnt move from his position even though he was already handcuffed.. even while he was handcuffed he was still being hostile. The officer didnt spray him until a minute after the arrest and after exibiting hostile actions. If he felt he was wrongfully arrested then he could have taken the officer to court. that is what the justice system is for.
