Dr Sheena Iyengar talks about how the choices we make shape our daily lives and what we can learn from Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg

Dr Sheena Iyengar is the inaugural S.T. Lee Professor of Business at Columbia Business School, with a joint appointment in the Department of Psychology at Columbia University. She is also Director of the Global
Leadership Matrix (GLeaM) initiative and Research Director at the Jerome A. Chazen Institute of International Business at Columbia Business School.

A world renowned expert on the subject of choice, Dr Iyengar says that choice can provide a sense of freedom and control that is essential to our well-being.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

If the range goes up to infinity, how can the average possibly be 70?
