With the Mountaineer Sky Ride, you'll take a chairlift-style, open-air ride that provides spectacular views of the Zoo, Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs and the plains to the east.

Soar over popular Zoo exhibits such as Rocky Mountain goats, My Big Backyard, Asian Highlands and Rocky Mountain Wild. At the top, disembark at the overview, where you can:

•Relax on a bench and take in the breathtaking vistas.
•Enjoy the specially designed playground with the kids.
•Grab a snack or drink (available seasonally).
•Enjoy spectacular sunsets and relaxing evenings from atop Cheyenne Mountain.
