FPS limit in Japan?
Dude, my FPS limit is the one of a .50BMG bullet, get a life retard.

At the end of the drill your muzzles should go up, not down.
In the case of the man kneeling, because the weapon's barrel is long, this keeps the muzzle off the ground. If you need to change stance (go prone or stand) it makes the weapon easier to maneuver behind the barricade.
In the case of the man standing it keeps you flagging the kneeling man with the muzzle, at the same time making the weapon easier to administrate.
