One thing that I don`t understand is this. In one part of the video, you mentioned that you visited different realms. I am assuming you are refering to astral projection. I wonder how you keep memory of it .

You expand your consciousness but your physical body is at sleep. If your consc. is traveling outside this reality, how one can maintain a physical thing like ``memory`` when the brain is at sleepÉ

I am not asleep when i travel -- I don't lose consciousness when transitioning to another frame, I just shift it -- my awareness is just not in the physical reality unless I am parallel processing two realities at once.. Like when you are totally absorbed in a good book your awareness is not in this reality. As far as memory goes, traveling in the larger reality is like traveling here.

The electron and the electromagnetic field are physical things. Consciousness does not have a physical cause. One cannot derive consciousness from the physical. The physical universe, a virtual reality, is simply data interpreted as physical by consciousness. The physical system, the dependent subset, can not derive consciousness, the superset. The physical is a product of consciousness, not the other way round.

hello sir. i admire you and your research, and you've inspired me to try a little OBE-ing myself, but i do have one question for you. it pertains to your videogame analogy, which i am very fond of, but cannot believe or deny. you said the trees only pop into existence on the horizon as i approach, then snap back to probability when no one is around, but if this is so then how can life in the rainforrest continue when no one is around? or how can glaciers melt?

The rainforest still changes, the glaciers still melt or freeze, the dark side of the moon still exists. However, for us, the data describing the exact details of all these things remain only probable from our point of view untill we go there and make a measurement.

I agree. I think meditation is not a "one size fits" all practice. I feel it is a personal thing. I do mine before falling asleep. If you think about it, prayer is somewhat a frm of mediation. Makes sense?
