  • @TheBlazingDragoon Hmmm....

I've always been a little mixed on vehicles in R&C games myself. For some reason, I actually liked the Landstalker, not for it being in the game, just that I think it's a badass machine. Turrets and Mortars will do that to me X3.

It also didn't help that the story was incredibly short either. I think I beat it on Exterminator one time in 3 Hours o_0. That upset me a little.

  • @vault3000master I like Deadlocked but the only thing about the game that I didn't like was the vehicles. The controls were good, the weapons were great (*cough* dual vipers are broken *cough*) and the story was okay, but I cant stand vehicles in videogames. The hovership was fine but I just reeeeeeeally hate the landstalker (the four legged mech)

  • @TheBlazingDragoon Right, I think for me half of the reason was nostalgia, and also the incredible transition from the 1 to Going Commando. So much changed from the first one that it just remained as my favorite.

Deadlocked would've been the best one if they worked the story in the right way, 'cuz I actually liked the idea of a gladiator survival game.

  • @vault3000master R&C UYA will always be my favorite game for the PS2. R&C GC will be my second fave.

  • @TheBlazingDragoon Your exactly right, it's too taxing on your patience; should've saved the 4-staged Hacker Puzzles for the last levels ONLY. I would've been fine with that.

My favorite gadget in all Ratchet & Clank games is probably the Infiltrator, always have a blast doing that thing. Second favorite is actually the Electrolyzer, ironic that both of my preferred gadgets are from my favorite PS2 R&C game.

Should correct myself btw, meant for bosses to be singular, not plural. x3

  • @vault3000master The problem with the hacker is that it takes so long and it just kills the action. The electrolyzer in R&C 2 was okay because it took a few seconds and it didn't have multiple stages.

  • @TheBlazingDragoon Haha, our minds think alike. I HATE the Hacker sooooooooo much. Such a useless and boring item. XD

The bosses were pretty much the icing on the cake for this level, most definitely. Ohh, and let's not forget the great music. XP

  • @vault3000master I never liked it either, but the only good thing about the level was the actual boss. I also dont like the fact that this level had hacker puzzles because I really hate the hacker.

  • @TheBlazingDragoon It wasn't that it had anything to do with difficulty, cuz it was pretty easy for me, it's just that the whole level had no appeal to me. Nothing stood out to me that made me like it. Not sure why, just never really liked the place.
