Hi Shanelle. you dont have to do yoga everyday to follow your doctors recipe :), besides yoga i do long walks with my dogs and take the bike to work. Good luck to you.
I was wondering, how much exercise should I get a day? I know that you told someone else to do the entire Power Hour (is the Power Half Hour just as effective?) either 3-4 or 6 days a week, but my doctor told me I should get at least an hour EVERY day. What do you say? (I'm 14, by the way)
Also, if I'm looking to lose weight in/tone my legs, how should I go about mixing your workouts?
I cant find the other parts for this video (is there a part 2?)
