Man what a voice Billy has, and still does to this day. I've been a huge fan since One Voice first was released and have never ever seen this video before. Thanks so much for posting this. I will have to share it with a couple other friends of mine who are fans of Billy's as well.

@mrd3838 - Elijah Wood's mom told him he wouldn't be able to act anymore if he didn't behave and that's why he's well mannered. Maybe Billy's parents did the same with his singing career? That's what I'd do as a parent.
