couple things: try to keep the lower back and neck (like shown in video) from hyperextending. Over time, it could cause injury. Squeeze the glutes to counter against the lower back sagging, and just use your neck muscles to keep it aligned with your spine (chin tucked).

I am glad they finally used a regular-sized American person (especially, a BLACK woman with a few curves at least), instead of the skinny anorexic fitness models in 95% of the other videos.
On the downside, it's hard to concentrate on what this chick is saying, cuz of her figure :)

This one's a bit risky because the wrists may get hyperextended too much. The full body-weight on them won't help either. This is a great exercise but true beginniers should try something simpler.
