Ring of Death Solution (for new setup, look at video info).

I had the RRD, then i fixed it with the hot air gun method. To prevent the red ring from coming back u must keep ur xbox360 cool after the operation. The setup u see in this video was my old setup, i got the red ring of death after playing forza 2 one time for over 4 hours. After 10 more hours of upgrading, i still have the best 360 cooling system. I have never got the RROD with my new setup after playing 7 hours straight. You can see my new setup at this site:

after doing all this stuff, the xbox is still not anti-rrod, sorry i said that b4 but its not true. The real reason behind it is the X clamps! if u really truely want to get rid of the rrod, must replace the X-Clamps. I found a way by searching "xbox360 x clamp" on yahoo search and clicked the first link. it tells u everything. Then the fans and stuff that i have will prevent the rrod from coming back ever again once u replace X Clamps.

This is, of course, if your warranty is up. Also, you're completely wrong about the towel trick. Its been working for me for 2 days now (but i didnt have RROD, i only had the bottom right quadrant red, Error E74). But, NICE COOLING SYSTEM!
