Bullshit, The Boks took loads of shit from the PC brigade during the tournament (and ever since), because the team was and still is mostly white.
The PC brigade will always hate the springboks, the Boks are a symbol of white rule/dominance, so their will never ever be any appeasing those fuckers.
The Boks won that game fair and square, even if the allegation of food poisoning was true, that does not mean that it was deliberate. but thats conspiracy theorists for ya ;)
