  • I have a question - when I look in a mirror my my body looks...strange. A worked out body should have a V-shape body, right? The problem is that it looks strange, my upper body is more square like. Should I work on my shoulders more or chest? Or is it my body and I can't change it? Also I have some strange "wrinkles" in area between shoulders and chests. I've never seen anything like this in an athletes body. Is it fat?

  • @K7Z947 It could be just how your body shape is bro. However, you might be able to change it some with the proper workouts. Are you doing P90X?

  • That's awesome! Can you please help me out with nutrition? I have p90x but only the DVDs. Can you please give me a list of great meals to eat every day or what you eat? Thanks!

  • @AIROUTSK8STER You can head over to my site iwanttogetripped*com and find a ton of diet tips to help you out.

  • @CoachJoshS How do you save money off the nutrition plan from P90X? It's really expensive for a 15 year old, you know! :P

  • @TheGolfdu It's obviously tough if you don't have the support of your parents, but if you do, then they should be willing to help you out. Also, you don't have to eat the exact foods listed, but ones that are similar in nutritional value. If you head over to my site iwanttogetripped*com, you will find my grocery list in the "Nutrition" section.

  • @drastaify Well, you're strong as heck, so I guess that's good, but what do you need to lift so much weight for?

  • dude question.. aside from the workout did you follow supplementation? what preworkout and recovery drink did you use? Coz I find it hard to complete the exercises w/o supplements.

  • Awesome Transformation............after watching a few of these P90X transformation videos, its funny how alot of " AFTER " pictures/transformations of people, look as good as people on steroids. And no im actually NOT againest steroid use.

  • that was the lamest ending ever haha... nice transformation though!

  • Dude, you're before wasn't so bad because I could still see you underlying abdominals beneath the fat on your stomack, but your after...you're stacked. Congrats

  • @K7Z947 Some people are just shaped differently. However, even the "square" people can get some sort of V shape. I suggest working your obliques and lats (muscle on your back under your armpits) mainly. Broadening the shoulders with shoulder exercises will also taper the upper body slightly.

  • @CoachJoshS yes. Currently at the second phase.

  • DO A NATURAL BODYBUILDING CONTEST HOLY CRAP!
