Video of the eco-efficient Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) process, rehabilitating several major streets in Beverly Hills, on Thursday August 12th. An environmentally and economically proven system, this CIR video demonstrates the significant advantages over a traditional approach, because it:
o Reduces the city's rehab cost-per-lane-mile by more than 30 percent,

o Reduces truck trips and emissions by a 40:1 ratio, eliminating more than 2,600 three-axle truck loads off of the city streets

o Reduces public inconvenience and project duration by one-third

o Increases the integrity of the street's structural section

Go Green & Save 'Green'! CIR is a process of removing, remixing and repaving a road's existing asphalt pavement all in one continuous process, utilizing a purpose-built equipment train, Western Emulsions' PASS® engineered asphalt emulsion binder product, and an experienced contracting team.
