My 86 IROC-Z Camaro with its "new" not so knocking 305. Actually this one does not knock at all, just smokes a little. It runs like crap right now thanks to some gummed up injectors but it has good power. The long block is now an L69 out of an '86 Monte Carlo SS. Just threw the EFI stuff on it and I am good to go!
Dam I miss the Camaro I had :(

I don't miss this one but I do the first one I had. This one was all full of mouse crap and piss with chewed wires and stuff. There was almost no rust outside the car but it was all rusted up inside. I sold it and it has since been parted out

@chevy385 ahh dam that sucks you had to scrap it. My Camaro was a rare jewel, It was driven by a 75 year old man who bought it new in November of 88, it was an 89 RS with the 305 and automatic. Nearly mint condition, a Mexican hit me and totaled it :( I miss her

only cost me $200 and I sold it for $500 so I made out ok. sadly it only had 91000 miles on it and the outside of the body was nice. but all the wiring was chewed and the body rusted from the inside out. so RIP but it's parts are out there somewhere ;-)

That's an LB9, not an L69.

@NintendoGuy99 Wrong! Actually it is an L69. It was originally a carb engine from an 86 Monte SS
