It's fantastic what China are doing here. I am fortunate to get to study this city for my Geography GCSE. This city is an example, I wish more English cities would follow.

It was my DREAMLAND 30 years ago. Our island have fertal lands and boutiful resouces. We can grow or raise everything for our daily needs. Sky is clear and water is clean. Our island grows bigger as our population increases. We do NOT need any progression to impose a city on our land. period.

new concepts that are going to follow. i applaud china in their efforts in pushing forward this largly spoken about,until now DREAMLAND. as for the farmers loosing their land,it is sad,however there always has to be sacrifice in order for there to be progression.. i look forward to see the new experiment of space,and hope the world can learn from it.. clap clap

PROGRESSION.. it is good to see that finally somebody..ANYBODY!,has taken the leap into building our future cities.the racial comments below realy disturb me.the reason these cities are to be built is to save OUR world which we all inhabit.(positivly)perhaps we could could use the competitve nature of humans to do it faster,not in spite of one and other. to the "PISSING IN MY SLEEP" comment,being white i think your right, i am pissing in my sleep, not in jelousy, but dreaming of the exciting..

A lot of Chinese think their country's 3rd world too. Especially those outside of Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, etc. Mmm massive financial inequality.
