The guy just ran back a punt for a touchdown, let him celebrate a little I think.

This is clearly a genuine attempt to avoid defenders; he was touched from behind by the punter trying to make a tackle at the 13 yard line and he avoids the (late) tackle by the other defender as he dives!

that was a dive for extra yards
they do that all the time, + most dance after it which imo is unsportsmanlike, but it still happens
