Save the Homeland - Alternate Magic Book Event

I've always heard people saying that you have to get the Magic Book from Dia, and I've never really heard of people mentioning that you can also get this event by befriending Gina instead. In this instance, I had Dia with low affection level, and I'd been spending the entire season boosting up Gina's affection instead of Dia (as I'm trying to get the Moon Drop Dew event with Gina).

Dia will refuse to give even the slightest hint about the Magic Book, and then Gina will meet up with you outside the villa mansion and give you the book. This actually activates FASTER than getting it through Dia, as you'll have to see an initial scene where Dia says she'll look for the book, then come back a while later and see another scene where Dia gives you the book.
