I have so many dreams in which I say to myself "Don't worry, it's just a dream" but don't become lucid. :(

I had this really messed up dream a long time ago. The reality check i would do is just pull my finger. The first time i realized i was in a dream I was sitting in a huge, i mean freaking huge yellow sphere and the top was glass and the floor was just like grey dirt/dust. I was sitting at an office table and i was surrounded my monkeys at the same type of table. I though I was dreaming but when I went to pull my finger I started shaking uncontrollably! then i woke up :(
