  • rontech: though you probably don't utilize "logic" since its an evil tool of the white man, it's probably useless to explain that you don't have to prove a negative. The burden is on those idiots who say Jesus was black. He was a JEW, and the idea that a black man would be born into an insular society/religion/culture like the Jews, without drawing comment is, purely and simply, crazy.

  • Its folks like you who attempt to use logic for evil purposes, while remaining unable to explain the pyramids that are a contradiction.

Your rule that anyone claiming Jesus to be black (commonly used term for non-white) bears the burden of proof is quite interesting since you've never been able to disprove the bible.

Jesus was a Jew born in Bethlehem, raised in Nazareth and very probably resembled the people of that region; unlike the occupying Romans or Michaelangelo's false representations.

  • Oh . . . now you're spreading the meaning of "black." When black is used, it refers to a person who is an indigenious subSharan. End of story. No need to disprove the Bible. I read it in Hebrew and know some Greek of the NT. Can you say the same? This black Jesus crap started with the rantings of the "afro-centrists' who also claimed the Egyptians were black people who flew about on wings. If you believe in a "black" Jesus you probably believe that also. Pathetic. Just pathetic.

  • If you read the Bible in Hebrew, then you should know better and the fact that you assist with the perpetuation of a lie about who Jesus was renders your motives suspect as well as ignorant. Last I knew Herodotus was Greek and the archaeological artifacts from that period speak loudly to the seekers of truth.

  • Fisure: I heard plenty, including the "Black Jesus" theory which is absurb in the extreme and merely somsthing Negros say to make white people mad. Tell me then, what did I miss? His paranoid ranting about the United States of KKK? I don't think I missed a thing, bro. But you may be missing a few brain cells if you ascribe to Wrights rants.

  • Rev. Wright provided his evidence about what Jesus may have looked like. Where's yours other than a dismissive epitaph? Ignorance, failure to research and lack of any critical thinking are the problems, which allow those who choose so, to be "mad."

  • I know it is an old argument, but it is truly hard to see my brothers (and possibly sisters) in the LORD argue because they are not brothers and sisters in skin color. Heres a quick thought, firstly what you are talking about has nothing to do with this sermon, but secondly, if Jesus' skin color is really that important, why don't we all take a look when we meet him at the gates TOGETHER! The only importance that race bears is the weight that we decide to put on it.

  • I can relate to this

  • If there is a KKK type organization in the US, it's screwie Louie and his fanatics.

  • For come reason you cannot hear what he is saying. The KKK is merely wearing another uniform now. He is not ranting, simply speaking the truth. Wake up to the real America.
