@drpsionic yes and you can also program this to police or ems say if the radio is vhf that stands for very high frequency or if your radio is uhf uatra high prequency you have to know what your police is uhf or vhf and say also say if the your cops are vhf and your using a uhf radio it still wont work evan if is prgramed it had to be the same frequency if you dont know what programing is it is to listen to the police just go yo a motrola stor or what ever your radio is and it is leagal to progam

If your good enough you shouldnt need a flash light or anything right? I can already move things. But realy I just move my psi/chi/ect and push the item. But your way seem way more effecient. But once again ,if your good enough you shouldnt need anything other then you mind, right?

The second part of my question is this, does the observer effect come into play when you are doing these things like focusing on their photograph with the headlamp and flashing the light come into play, and is remote influence best done at alpha level with eyes closed, or are these open eye techniques just as powerful because it is bringing in that observer technique into play, hope my questions make sense,thanks

That is wayyyyy too complicated to answer in the space allotted here. There are so many variables involved that it is very difficult to determine which is working.
