  • NIce not as good as my kramer 610

  • @zachattack2246 perhaps not; I haven't had a chance to play one of those. But I got a great deal on this one, so no complaints from me!

  • I've been playing guitar for about a year and a half now and i'm thinking of upgrading from my Applause jackson/kramer copy. I want something with a shred friendly neck, and figure Kramer is the way to since I love Hair Metal, and classic metal, and Kramer is THE definitive 80's guitar .So I was looking at the striker 211 custom. and thought its the guitar I want. Now is yours a 211? If not what is it, and if so, what year? Thanks man, Great playing BTW. Showed me that this is the guitar for me

  • @mooreon131 Thanks! Yep, it's a 211, but I'm not sure of the year. Keep in mind that mine's modified: I pulled all the stock pickups out and only put in a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge. The other cavities are empty. But the tone is what I was looking for, the action (after set up) is great, and the neck is fantastic. Hope you can get one and shred away!

  • how good for playing metal?

  • @METALLICAFAN103Z It's great for playing metal- haven't found a style (aside from Mudvayne type tuning and riffs) that this guitar isn't good for, actually.

  • wow dude where did you get that from oO ?

  • @mooreon131 the kramer striker 211 the striker 211 custom and the kramer striker fr 424 cm

are some of the best all around hard rock guitars produced today. theres no such thing anymore

that your guitar has to be made in the usa to be pro quality. epiphone/kramer are some of the best

pro quality guitars made today! the overseas luthiers are top quality the sad thing is there only paid

2 dollars a hour compared to $150 to $200 a hour the usa luthiers make.

  • thanks alot, realy helpful, i definetely gonna get one!

  • the reason I set up all my guitars after I get them is that I usually change the pickups and put heavier gauge strings on them- stock strings are usually the .009-.042 sets, and I use 10's or 11's.
