Hey!
So you are using lifting bodyweight plus 20%? or you started there and then started increasing weight? and what do you mean by tensing the muscles... as in, your... lol, tensing them while lifting extremely consciously and hard?
Thanks! God bless!

@klantarN Just look at Bruce Lee, weighed less than 130 pounds yet could do incredibly difficult workouts like two finger push ups, v-ups, etc. There is a difference between BIG and Powerful. (Although not mutually exclusive categories!!)

Hey good video. Chin-ups are my favorite exercise but I've plateaued at 15 (good quality ones though!) Do you think I should be able to do more before trying it your way? I do think it would be a good idea to start adding weight regardless.
Also, I think the reason that one arm can lift more than half of two arms is that it is a lot of your back, abdominal, and core muscles involved in doing chin ups.

(more then 3 times a week) What do u mean by more muscle growth rather then more strength muscle growth = more then or wtf??!?!?!.

Awesome video man :) Love your videos gonna start working on this now =D
Cheers man x
Great tutorial mate :) I started doing this today and I think I used the correct wait for beginning. A question: should we just do this exercise? Or should we make others like one arm negatives?
Good luck with the full and perfect one arm chin up! :)

@SomeoneMovement
Just this.
My grip strength and control has improved at a faster rate in this exercise compared to one-arm negatives.
