is this not xylitol?? Oh I see, it so made from sugar beets! very cool! Xylitol is a fantastic sugar too! very healthy, helps with preventing tooth decay...actually kills the bacteria that cause it. helps with osteoporosis, and balancing out yeast in the body!, and in Finland...every baby gets a squirt up each nostril 4-5 x a day to prevent ear infections,tooth decay. Xylitol is also very cool! This sugar sound fantastic! AND since I already drink mona vie...I am all good! thanks for the info.
