Any suggestions on how one begins to create similar noises?

I have this phone and i tried to bend it by hand using a scissors and screwdriver to remove a few things last year but i didn't really know what i was doing and I nearly fried it so it sounds so screwed up. the phone is 13 years old anyway and i think it's about to kill itself.
