The idea of the boss is to keep everyone above 10k so Massacre brings them to 1 hp and does not kill them. During Feud you have different aoe damage and have to heal people normally. During the last 10% your heals are reduce by 99%, but you can heal the tanks if both the tank and the healer get HoP or Bubble.
