well...this phone has all the features that the Iphone has, just a bit slower and the video quality is not as good as the Iphone...but it's cheaper and i like customize your own stuff such as wall paper which the Iphone doesn't have and the back of the phone, etc...oh and also Iphone is just ridiculously exspensive....so if i had to choose between Mytouch3G and the Iphone 3GS i rather the the Mytouch 3G.

This is like a G1 2.0 except they don't have the actual keyboard which to imo is a major plus. See for yourself, once you guys actually start using that touchscreen keyboard, it tends to get really annoying because of misspelled words and errors n such. But the new look for the fun looks really gorgeous I'll give you that. In the end, same interface, OS, programs (slightly better ones) and no keyboard.
