My favorite part is when the pitch initially changes at 0:21. But in general, damn I love late 70's and 80's music. I love the look from that time period, the fashion styles, the movies, the TV shows, every friggin' thing.

@aussietv2 Is exactly what i think...

Linda Ronstadt is the only person i've seen that can make the cover song sound better than the original.

In the summer of 2011, Simon & Schuster announced they would publish Ronstadt's autobiography. To be entitled Heart Like A Wheel, the memoir is scheduled to be released in 2013

There's a live duet with her & Hoyt Axton doing "Lion In Winter" that is great. Check it out if you're not familiar with it.

Being that she covered Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, and Little Anthony, I wonder why she wasn't an Easy, Breezy, Beautiful COVER GIRL, and be a spokesmodel for their cosmetics. Back then, she'd be a beautiful complement to Christie Brinkley. I truly believe that.
Linda Ronstadt is truly one of the most fascinating, remarkable singers in music history. She did renditions of some of THE most FANTASTIC original hits (for example she did her remake of Smokey Robinson's hit) and really, really made them hit songs all over again in the most fabulous way. She is one of the greatest female vocalists of all time.
