No surprises here. Obama's Trinity Church, led by his mentor Jeremiah Wright, was notoriously anti-Semitic. Their leaflets proclaimed Zionism a racist, oppressive movement, labeling Israel the moral equivalent of apartheid South Africa. The church was actively organizing boycotts of Israel. When he became a presidential candidate, Obama went silent on these matters, and it was considered impolite and probably racist to question him. Why did anyone think Obama as president was going to be okay?
