How to Seafoam - 2004 Acura TSX

This is a quick video on how to seafoam a 2004 Acura TSX. I couldn't find a "how to" video for my car so i decided to make one. Hope it helps. (make sure you read all directions and warnings on the bottle first).

you lose a little low end but mid range and top end is better with the CAI. if you want to make the car feel more alive you need to get a whole exhaust system(headers, hi flow CAT, CAT back system)

its supposed to clean out the carbon build up and make your car run smoother. if you're using it on a new car you prob will not notice it but if you have a beat up old car you might notice a difference. i figure its better to keep the engine clean so i use it once in a while.

Okay thanks , nice SRI, been thinkin about gettin one but is that better or a cai? How much?

it's actually a Injen CAI two piece i just use it as a SRI because i got tired of removing my bumper to clean the filter. the intake i have ($230)is the first intake they offered now they have a newer one and i think it sells for about $280. you should look for a used one on the forums you can prob get one for $100

Is that hose the break booster? Is it okay to just add sea foam to the hose and fuel tank ?since I just got my oil changed.

I believe it is. and yes that is what i did also. i didnt want to deal with it being in my oil.

This stuff does not work it has a placebo effect on the user, no point in using in Honda/ Acura engine you just wasting you money. If you want better performance buy a more powerful car. Sea foam in not a miracle cure a good service is. Honda engines like an oil change every 6-7k mile that the best thing you can do to make your car healthy aswell as keeping your sparks correctly gapped and your filters clean. Trust me i know I have worked with Honda engines for years.

you dont have to remove the bumper to clean a CAI filter, just remove the driver side tire and pop off the clips under wheel well, and walah! easy access.

shouldnt rev your engine with sea foam in it.
