Steve Santhuff discusses the Howell Case, a Georgia Supreme Court Case from 1976 and it's intended impact on the criminal prosecution by the Georgia DNR for alledged violations of regulations. Does the Georgia DNR have the authority to criminally prosecute persons for misdemeanor (up to 1 year in jail)violations of regulations which are not works of legislation process. No they do not and were told by the Supreme Court of Georgia in 1976, yet they continue and illegally prosecuted Steve Santhuff between 2005 and 2008.
@Keithattal1 You're right. As a matter of fact, in a room of about 50 people, a holding cell where new inmates spend up to a week until their bond period expires and the get put in general inmate population: my bond was the highest. Higher then folks with 10 Felony charges. Higher then, like you mention, accused drug dealers, and higher then grand theft auto charges, higher then aggrevated assult with a deadly weapon, etc. The folks bond charges were all lower then 30, out of 50 people.
