  • this song was inspired by him wearing the ladies thongs they had threw up on stage

  • My Grandmother died in 1992 But one of my greatest memories of her is seeing her sit in her chair tapping her feet to this beat and patting her hands on her lap Thanks Freddie...I always love your music

  • I want to have the last dance with u. Let's jam tonight.

  • "Come on and sing along---do whatever you feel--as long-----as you have a good time--that's all---just have a good time-----Don't you wanna jamm----?"

This was a song that was so care-free, made you feel good, and made you "think" you could dance--all at the same time!! heeheeheehee!!

  • yea i was watching it

  • I am

  • whose watching unsung??

  • This is what REAL MUSIC is like...True talent, vocal ability...no need for synthisizers. Freddie Jackson still has it...I saw him 2 years ago at the Fraze Pavillion in Dayton OH with the "Men of Soul" tour. It featured Howard Hewitt, Peabo Bryson, Freddie Jackson and Jeffrey Osborne. Talk about a show!!! Everyone in the audience was screaming, singing and dancing along to the music. Too bad the generation today really don't have singers/musicians of this caliber. Thank goodness for Youtube!!!

  • This was the MOVE back in the day. It was released in 1987 and was released of the album "Just Like The First Time" which was released in 1986 and produced 4 hit singles. Jam Tonight was one of them. I was in college in 1986 and I was graduating in August 1987. So trust that this song here carries a lot for me. I can't think of anybody who did NOT like this song back then.

  • i like this song!!!!!!!!!!!
