  • i love everyday italian!! Giada cooks great!

  • I use a very similar recipe. Absolutely great. One thing, when buying lamb it is important that the meat is not with excessive blood or pink in color. Not that the meat will be spoiled or bad but it can mean it is not tender. Blood and excessive pink color is usually a sign of a short hanging/aging time. Also, remember to let the meat sit out for a couple hours and get close to room temp before cooking to help with consistency.

Pretty gal here, great chef, great paring of spices.

  • great - see how we do it in Bulgaria - with mint - melts in your mouth and doesn't smell. See it on my profile

  • what a milf

I think it's worse. It shows her in her natural habitat, which is even more pompous than the armchair scenes. Also, it uses too much time to show her and friends and family having a waspy good time.

  • @googo151

You can watch her other show Giada at Home where there are NO lounge chair scenes and it just about 50 times better Everyday Italian

  • I like her here, for some reason I can't take her for too long when watching her on tv. She comes across as a bit pompous; especially the couch or arm chair scenes where she describes the dish she's about to make. I wish they'd cut that part out and just let her talk about it while in the kitchen. Less fake and pretentious!

  • I love this recipe!
